MoreFit Yoga is changing to Core Yoga
A total workout for your core. Abs, lower back and legs exercises combined with yogic breathing techniques that will give you the satisfaction of having workout those important areas so often ignored while having a holistic experience of balance, strength and relaxation. All conveniently packed in one hour class at lunch time.
A strong core is the secret for stability, balance and good posture. If your work demands to be sitting on a desk in front of a computer for more than few hours a day, you'll benefit greatly from exercise your core and strengthen that area for a minimum of 45 minutes 3 times a week. Combine this exercises with breathing techniques will create a sense of relaxation and control, releasing stress and tension giving you the opportunity to recharge your batteries at the same time of getting stronger and firmer.
Grow stronger, fitter, less stressed, more aware and in control of your own body and mind.
